London Interiors and Maintenance provides three main services to a range of different clients covering extensions and renovations, Commercial building works and property maintenace.
EXTEND & RENOVATE
We understand that extending or renovating your home can be a daunting task, we will guide you through the entire project from design inception through to completion.
Renovation or extension work will cause disruption within your home, we always try to minimise this and work around your needs.
We apply a sympathetic approach to all our home extension and renovation projects. We work closely with local planning and conservation authorities to ensure that all building works comply with defined guidelines.
COMMERCIAL
Our commercial building work focuses on offices, warehouses, educational centres and retail.
In retail, we offer fit out and modernising services for existing units and build services for new stores. We work with our clients to achieve a retail space which is customer friendly and enhances profitablity.
In Education, we deliver unrivalled learning environments, having transformed Pre-schools and Nurseries through to Primary and Secondary schools. We pay close attention to the client’s brief to achieve the best possible environment in which to teach and learn.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
It is vital to organisations to keep their building in the best possible condition in order to preserve it as a valuable asset.
Organisations should have a building maintenance policy in place that defines the method of keeping the building fit for use.We offer a full maintenance package that incorporates both planned and responsive maintenance repairs.
